CANCELLATION / CHANGE POLICY
We understand issues arise, plans change and a reservation may need to be changed, rescheduled or canceled. Our goal is to work with you to accommodate your needs. However our policies are the following:
CHANGING OR RESCHEDULING RESERVATION
Should you need to reschedule your vacation or upgrade to a larger unit, there is no charge for the first change / reschedule. We allow a one time reservation reschedule, however it must be taken in the same calendar year as the original reservation. Any change from one season to another season will not be refunded due to a lesser cost. Any additional changes after that time will be assessed a $100 rescheduling fee.
CANCELING A RESERVATION
In the event you must cancel your vacation, our office MUST receive a registered letter indicating your cancellation a minimum of 60 days prior to your scheduled reservation. Cancellations are subject to a re-marketing fee of one hundred dollars ($100) The Advanced Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE unless we re-rent your ENTIRE SPACE. However, if we can re-rent a portion of your space, or time frame, that portion will be refunded – less the $100 re-marketing fee.
